Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must have been received in damaged condition and you must notify us within 14 days after receiving your package. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase that originally comes inside the box.
To start a return, contact us at info@edgarreneartistry.com and please be sure to include your order number in your e-mail. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & non-returnable items
All items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless received in damaged condition.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not permitted at this time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and approved your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or have a new item(s) shipped out to you. If you select a refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your original payment method once the return is processed by us.
